How To Make a Booking

1.	Call us to check latest availability and make a provisional reservation there and then. We will hold this for you for 7 days pending receipt of a deposit. If the booking is less than 3 weeks before the course or cruise we may reduce this provisional period but we will advise you at the time.
2.	Print off a booking form (or ask us to send you one).
3.	Complete the booking form and send it to us with a cheque for your deposit of 25% (minimum £50) or full payment if less than 6 weeks before the session.
4.	We will confirm the booking and send you detailed joining instructions and a suggested list of kit to bring.
5.	Pay the balance of the price by 6 weeks before the course or cruise begins.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you have your own travel insurance including all-important cancellation cover. There are a number of companies in the market.

Suitable cover is available at reasonable rates from PJ Hayman and Co Ltd. This company is a specialist Travel Insurance and Schemes provider.
