How To Make a Booking

1.	Call us (01634 890512) or email sue@elitesailing.co.uk to check latest availability and make a provisional reservation there and then. We will hold this for you for 7 days pending receipt of a booking form and deposit. If the booking is less than 3 weeks before the course or cruise we may reduce this provisional period but we will advise you at the time.
2.	We will send you an email with a link to our booking and payment pages. Here you will be able to log-in and complete your booking form. You will see details of the booking and be given a booking reference number. You will then be given options to pay on-line, pay by card over the telephone, or send us a cheque.
3.	If you choose On-line payment (recommended) you will be taken automatically to the Barclays Bank EPDQ secure server where you can enter card details on a simple form. You will be able to choose to pay the deposit or the full amount. If you choose to pay only the deposit you will have to log-in again at a later date to make the balance payment. When you make the first payment our system will then send you an email with confirmation of the booking, details of the balance payments due (if any) with detailed joining instructions, directions, and a suggested list of kit to bring. We suggest you print this email for your records.
4.	If you choose to pay over the phone just call us with your booking reference number. We will then take payment and send you the acknowledgement letter by email or post.
5.	If you choose to pay by cheque, please just print the form on the booking screen and send it to us with your cheque. We will then send you the acknowledgement letter by email or post.
6.	If you do not have email, just give us your address and we will handle the booking entirely by post with payment by card or cheque.
7.	In most cases, a deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before the start of the course or event. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the course or event, the full amount is payable. For one-day courses the full amount is payable on booking. The minimum deposit payable is £50 per person.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you have your own travel insurance including all-important cancellation cover. There are a number of companies in the market.

Suitable cover is available at reasonable rates from PJ Hayman and Co Ltd. This company is a specialist Travel Insurance and Schemes provider.
