Spring is here and its time to escape shore-side routine and take to the sea again. Join us for this high speed cruise down the channel visiting a uniquely varied selection of French ports. Leaving from Chatham at the start of the Easter weekend we skim across the historic waters of the Medway and Thames Estuary and over the great Straits of Dover to our first stop at the charming historic town of Boulogne. Time here to sample the local hospitality before spreading canvas and flying southwest along the French coast, visiting the vibrant market town of Dieppe and the spectacular ‘jewel’ of Honfleur. We’ll take a breather here before carving our way back up-channel via delightful Fecamp and St Valery-en-Caux and thence back across the Dover Strait to Blighty. With the white cliffs on our port side we’ll cruise past the famous Goodwin Sands, perhaps make a pit stop at Ramsgate and then shape our course around the North Foreland into the Thames again. This is a rich mix of intensive sailing and great port visits. Wonderful experience and lots of miles for the log book!
