- 4 Day Course (0900 – 1700 or 1800 Day 1 to Day 4)
- 2 X 2-day Sessions (Weekends or Mid-week) (0900 – 1700 Day 1 and Day 2)

NB Training Courses are all ‘Day Sailing’ During Covid 19 ie returning to the marina each evening so that overnight stays are not necessary. To make best use of tide and weather conditions we may suggest variations to these timings. You will be consulted prior to any decisions.
Note that the duration of the sessions are 2 days or 4 days. Due to pre-covid logic the booking system may calculate the finish dates as one day later. This is an anomaly we hope to overcome soon.

Required Previous Experience or Knowledge
- Practical: RYA Helmsman Certificate – or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Theoretical: RYA Day Skipper Shorebased course or equivalent knowledge or experience.
Age
Minimum age for issue of a certificate is 16 years.
