RYA Day Skipper and Yachtmaster/Coastal Course Outline
Elite Sailing Home Study and Online courses are the product of over 20 years of experience in delivering RYA training – practical and shore-based. We offer these courses for RYA Day Skipper Theory and RYA Coastal Skipper/Yachtmaster Theory. For each of these courses we offer a very cost-effective ‘Standard’ course and a ‘Premium’ option that includes live, online video teaching and tutorial sessions.
These are serious courses that require at least 50 or 60 hours of study and practice to complete. They are modular so you can do the work in bite-size pieces. You can complete the examination at home too. Passing these courses is a significant achievement and you’ll be that much more confident and effective as a skipper at sea.
